I have put together two packages to celebrate your unforgettable, intimate elopement wedding. They include everything we need for a beautiful ceremony, with the freedom to add any personal touches or additional wishes you may have.
Wild Fern WEDDING Package TAHI
- A specifically designed wedding speech with your choice of beautiful and symbolic rituals. All pre-wedding consultations, advice and email correspondence. Officiating your wedding ceremony.
- Minimalistic, lovingly decorated wedding venue in white, green and sand colours inspired by a beach or bush wedding in New Zealand. With great attention to detail and natural materials such as shells and New Zealand Fern.
- A beautifully decorated champagne bar. I will select a delicious New Zealand sparkling wine. Any other beverage request could be fulfilled, such as wine or beer. As a non-alcoholic alternative, I recommend a bright, sparkling grape juice.
- One day before your wedding we could meet at my place in Hikuai, visit your wedding venue and discuss final questions, wishes and arrangements.
- Instructions & assistance for applying for the marriage licence for your wedding in New Zealand.
- Application and payment of the fee for the beach or bush event permit for your wedding ceremony.
- For all questions and wishes I am available for you any time and will plan, organise and book additional wishes.
- Additional travel costs may apply.

Witnesses
We need two
In New Zealand, two witnesses are required for your wedding. If you are traveling alone, I will be happy to book two english speaking witnesses for you.
Certificate of Marriage
Application
of your NZ marriage certificate. You will need this for registration at the registry office in your home country. I am happy to take care of this formality for you and courier it directly to your home address.
Accommodation Cottage
Pauanui Farm - Idyllic hideaway
is our guest cottage on our small farm in Hikuai. Romantic, cozy and relaxed, surrounded by beautiful nature with stunning views of the Coromandel Forest Park. New Zealand Pure. Details can be found on the airbnb link and if you wish, you could book directly through me.

The 4 star hotel is located 800 meters from the sandy beach in Pauanui. The chalets are surrounded by native vegetation on Mount Pauanui. The restaurant offers excellent food and a cozy atmosphere. There is an outdoor pool, hot tub, exercise facility, tennis court and rental bicycles available on site.

Pauanui Glades
If you are traveling with a camper and would like to stay at a campsite, there is the Pauanui Glades Holiday Park in Pauanui.
There are also three freedom camping sites available for 'self-contained' camper vans at Pauanui Beach.
Bridal Bouquet

You just give me the colour, flowers or a photo of your desired bridal bouquet and my florist will create the bouquet according to the season and availability of flowers.
Bridal Makeup and Hair

Caitlin is a professional hairstylist and makeup artist who comes to your accommodation to create your bridal hair and/or bridal makeup. Appointments can easily be arranged through me.
Babysitter
Small children
If you are traveling with small children and wish to have a babysitter with you during the wedding ceremony, I can book one for you.

formalities
Submission of the signed Particular of Marriage for registration in the marriage register of New Zealand 'BDM'.
To have your wedding registered in your home country you need to apply for a NZ marriage certificate. You are enjoying your honeymoon and I am happy to take care of this formality for you. When you get home, you will find your NZ marriage certificate in your mailbox. See additional wishes
